Captain in Berkeley Regiment of Foot, South Carolina. (1751) He was owner of the Plantation "Rice Hope". He was also prominent breeder of race horses in Saint John's parish. 

N. Harleston is buried in Berkley County, South Carolina.

Evlina Glenn 1821 - 1894 and James Peterson 1828 - 1899

These are Gail's Great-Great Grandparents (Paternal)
James Peterson served in the Civil War in Company C. 31st Regiment, Indiana Volunteers.
Evlina could possibly be of Cherokee descent. The Petersons are buried in the Union Chapel Cemetery, Chautauqua County, Kansas.
